Hi all,
I am an URM evening student. I was roughly around top 25% in my T2 School as a 1E, and am now currently ranked within the top 5% at my T1 school at the end of my 2E year.
I currently have a "1L" summer associate position and will more than likely get an offer to come back next summer.
I submitted my bid list earlier this week and I would like to know if firms will be looking at solely my T1 Transfer school GPA or will look at it holistically? Will I be looked at with a transfer stigma?
I have spoken to a few people and they have stated that my drastic improvement will help me and that I should be fine, but would like objective advise.
