transactional experience -- litigation interview

Post by Anonymous User » Mon Jul 06, 2015 8:16 pm

hey guys recent grad here

had an offer from a boutique corporate firm that I summered at as a 2l. Offer got pulled due to a rapid decrease in business and my boss' impending retirement. Completely transactional experience (M&A & securities) have an interview this week for a litigation shop (real estate, commercial and creditors rights lit).

any advice on how to spin my transactional experience into the litigation world for my interview?
