I know most dont care about shitlaw but hopefully you guys can help. New firm will pay me 35,000 more and give me benefits. I will also be an associate attorney but will also be doing some minimal non legal work. will be dealing with some pretty big contracts.
Do I have to give 2 weeks notice? How bad will it look on a resume if I bolt so quickly?
How to tell current firm I'm leaving after 4 months? Forum

Best to leave on good terms, so 2 weeks notice is reasonable.

Be a tactful adult and give your notice. If your boss acts like a lunatic rather than a rational human being, breathe an extra sigh of relief that you're getting out of there.
If it really is shitlaw and you're transitioning up to a noticeably higher caliber firm (and it sounds like you are), it should be clear why you left and no one will care. It shouldn't be a big deal unless you also quickly jump ship from the new firm, and then it might look like you're the problem instead of the firm.

So I shouldn't tell them all the reasons I hated working there?
Damn that is going to be tough.
