What is the credited advice regarding applying/interviewing at multiple offices?
Should I apply via an off-campus interviewing program if I intend to bid on that firm for another office at my school's OCI?
If I do not formally interview with one of these firms is it still okay to massmail them later on?
I am at a lower T14 if that makes any difference.

Re: Interviewing multiple offices
I interviewed with a few firms in both DC and California. I found it undercut my ability to sell my interest in both offices, California in particular. I didn't have any preexisting ties. Skadden didn't seem to care.
