And yet people (some of your peers) will likely care about them. Always been confused as to why whenever there's a discussion on Vault someone has to chime in on why Vault is terrible. It's subjective, it's only relevant to a small subset of biglaw. We get it, you're past petty things like rankings and prestige. The methodology is well known now, posting about how much they suck is silly.minnbills wrote:Of all the rankings people care about this has to be the dumbest

It's sad that I'm so excited for these rankings. I'm sick.
Prediction: no big movement in the V15.

as the (sometimes) proud owner of these fora, I feel that I am at least somewhat obligated to keep myself educated on whether or not Quinn is likely to remain.Jason Taverner wrote:Jason Taverner wrote:i expect kirkland to shatter the rankingsclearly chimp and I are the ones who know what's happening on these forachimp wrote:i would expect Quinn to remain

Everyone else in the top 10 gave 100% return offers, what's Kirkland's deal?desespere wrote:Holy crap. K&E no-offered twenty people! What's up with that? Is no one safe?

Re: VAULT 2016 rankings
As in they didn't no offer 20 people? They no offered less people? They no offered more people? They gave everyone return offers? What accounts for the inaccuracy? (Don't mean to bombard, just curious)Jason Taverner wrote:was discussed elsewhere, but those numbers are likely inaccurate

Re: VAULT 2016 rankings
chill
they probably used the data that showed that 21 people didn't return or something (i forgot, check nalp)
i think the nalp report shows that they didn't no offer anyone

Re: VAULT 2016 rankings
K&E had 100% offer rates in NY and Chicago. Really doubt they no offered the entire SF class, so it's probably a returning summer stat.

Yeah, I just checked NALP too, you're most likely right. Are Vault stats really that unreliable? Woof.Anonymous User wrote:K&E had 100% offer rates in NY and Chicago. Really doubt they no offered the entire SF class, so it's probably a returning summer stat.

Is there a place to find GPA cut-offs for these firms for each school?
