Legal aid/legal services salaries
I would like to work in the DC metropolitan area (DMV) after law school for legal aid or a similar civil legal services organization. What are entry level salaries like for attorneys in high COL areas like DC, NYC or SF? The only information I can find is for a general median across the nation.

Not in law school yet so no one to ask yet.
Thanks for that reply. 50-55k seems reasonable. I bet DC is similar. I'm a social worker now making less than that and while I know law school/legal services really makes no financial sense I'm hoping I can at least make more in my future career than I do now.
Also, below is the latest research I've seen on all the nation wide medians for PI gigs, including PD salaries.
