Don't mean to derail the thread and feel free to delete this if it does. I was wondering if there were former big law tax associates doing LLM/TIP who were interviewing for big law positions in TIP?

Dechert (employee benefits, NY) rejection by snail mail. Have not heard anything from most firms - but most have made cbs.

Any news from Shearman Sterling (NY/DC) or Willkie (NY, employee benefits)?

This is the main OCI program for tax LL.M. students from NYU and GULC, except it generally leads to full-time jobs immediately (as opposed to summer associateships).
