Yet another thread about C&F concerns

Post by Anonymous User » Tue Jan 27, 2015 11:24 pm

If I was terminated from a 2L SA position at a small firm, will that cause C&F problems? Ended up accepting another permanent offer elsewhere. I didn't declare it on my Bar Application (i.e. I didn't even list that small-firm SA position in my list of employers), because I didn't think my termination fell into any of the checkboxes.

Also I just submitted my Bar Application but have subsequently realized that I did not report that I was on academic probation in undergrad for a semester due to grades the previous semester. Will this be a problem if left unreported and should I file an amendment?

How did it not fit?

I was terminated because word got out that I was saying unpleasant things about an associate. No sexual harassment or anything like that. The partner just told me to go home, because we're not going to be giving you an offer.

Pretty sure that fits at least in one C&F question. Seek out an attorney that deals with these issues.
