Technical Assistant for Fed Cir
One vacancy (https://www.usajobs.gov/GetJob/ViewDetails/386304000). Worth it for a mid-career patent lit/pros attorney? Judge Raymond Chen did it, any other anecdotal evidence?

More like staff attorney than career clerk. I mean career clerk is a nice gig if you're not looking for any sort of promotion outside of salary raises.fats provolone wrote:so like career clerk for the fed cir? isn't consensus that career clerk is basically the best job possible?
