SEC and Law Clerk

Post by Anonymous User » Wed Oct 08, 2014 4:44 pm

Is there a conflict issue with working as a law clerk during a semester in a field unrelated to securities or the S.E.C. and an intern at the S.E.C.?

The SEC will ask you to disclose it to them before starting work; especially if you are being paid as a clerk.

That said, there will be no issues at all.
