How long before you can lateral?
How much experience do you generally need before you can lateral from one biglaw firm to another biglaw firm in a different market?

Not OP, but its looking like I'm going to have to do this when S/O goes to grad school. Any way to have a better shot at this other than doing good work when you graduate?
