In this situation, I think the best move is to ask the firm you have accepted at if it would be possible for you to split your summer before you interview at the other place. You definitely shouldn't interview at other places without informing the firm you have accepted at. Even if you don't fail at your interview and get offered a position at the new firm, people at that firm could very well find out you reneged on an acceptance and view you as untrustworthy.
