Why aren't they
getting back to me? The interviewer said he would inform me yesterday or today after interviewing a few candidates (I did it on Monday). I sent him a thank you e-mail today to sort of poke the bear too. Are they just incredibly busy or is it an implied reject? I interviewed at a small firm.

Bc they offered someone else the job and are waiting to hear back before speaking with you
