Re: SullCrom v. Davis Polk
this is pure anecdotal and I am a 2L so take it with a grain of salt. A good family friend of mine switched into lateral head hunting after working at a V20 for like 6 years and has been doing this for 15 now. I asked her what she thought the best firm was and she said DPW and then STB. She also told me she avoids placing people at Cravath and S&C whenver possible. I don't have a dog in this fight as I am going to a v100.
I would decide on where I felt the most comfortable. You said DPW. Both are amazing firms and are band 1 pretty much across the board.

I see results in the poll, but does anyone have any last words or explanations for their vote?

At this level, I simply don't think it's worth going to a firm where you'll be more miserable b/c of its work environment and SC has a reputation for being worse than DPW.
