between last year and this year, the few offers I know about in milwaukee had a pretty quick turnaround. usually about a week or less.

I had an offer given on the spot. But it was for the Detroit office. Any idea what their historical offer rate is?

Had my CB last week. Nothing yet. I imagine they do CBs/Offers in waves since I had mine after the poster above got his offer.
