Out of curiosity, did you get a sense of what they were looking for at the CB stage?

How long after your screener were you invited for a callback? Was it by email or phone?

Screened with them, then radio silence for nearly two weeks. I sent a note expressing my continued interest, to which the recruiting manager replied that they were still making decisions, and she'd be back in touch shortly.

That was ten days ago. :(

Post CB snail mail ding also. However the letter was dated after I contacted them to let them know I was accepting another offer..guess I was getting a ding either way
