Is it typical for your screener interviewer to meet with you at the start of a callback and give you advice for the interviews? This has happened to me at several callbacks. Is it just because your performance reflects on their choice to call you back?
I really fucked up a callback today and would hate for it to negatively reflect on my screener interviewer...
