These are for non-Chicago offices. I want to do lit. I've heard murmurs of financial trouble for both.

So, either could be in bad shape next summer, but Jenner & Block is less likely to no offer you as a result. I would be more worried about getting a no offer than about the firm going bust, since the latter would give you a better chance of getting another job in biglaw.
