Another law firm poll
Hi guys. I've gotten really lucky and am having trouble making a final decision. I know I want to do corporate work (securities, M&A), although I'm also interested in benefits work (exec comp, erisa, etc). I'm not concerned about prestige, but I am looking for a place that offers some sort of work-life balance (no facetime requirements, as little weekend work as possible, etc) and decent exit options. Overall, I liked the people at every firm, although the Cooley people were particularly fun. Does anyone know what their San Diego office bills? Any thoughts?

Another option came in this week - Hewlett-Packard. Any thoughts?

I'm not looking for Corporate but I am looking at the Bay Area and based on my experiences Cooley seems to be the best choice, both in prestige, but also in work and actual associate happiness, etc.
I don't get it though, did you do callbacks with both offices? Also for Kirkland, did you do separate callbacks with SV/SF?
Anyway, Cooley SV would be my vote.
