EE to 180k?

I've heard several reports of EE's and CS's getting 180k to match Desmarais. Also rumors of signing bonuses. Anyone hear the same things?

Are they also planning on matching the 2x-4x Cravath bonuses?

I heard music majors to $190 in NY/DC/CA if they'll perform in the lobby 3 hrs a week

Do you know whether we must have the formal degree to qualify? I have a music background (dominated guitar hero for a couple years), so wondering if that still gets the extra $$$
