Did my callback two weeks ago and I have not heard back. Anybody have an offer? Heard of offers? What did your timeline look like?

I know someone who just had a cb at Duane (Phi) a few days ago.
They're definitely still in the process... I'm not sure if their offers are rolling or if they'll meet with everyone then make a decision.
Does anyone know?

It was 2-3 weeks between interview and offer for me, but I interviewed early in the season. They told me that it would likely be 1-2 weeks, so I was expecting a rejection at that point. This was Philly btw.
