PLEASE DON'T VOTE BASED SOLELY ON COMPENSATION.

How different is my exit option between these two firms? I'm wondering if turning down Boies is really that bad of a career move.

Result of this poll surprises me: is concern about BSF largely focused on the uncertain future of the firm, quality of life, low partner prospects, or something else? I'm really having a hard time seeing how PW's stability would justify taking the job there with the lower pay that would entail. Maybe it's just a personal cost/benefit calculation.
