I am fortunate enough to currently hold offers from a few firms, and have currently whittled down my decision to these two. I was hoping that I would feel more comfortable at one firm than the other to make my decision easier, but I loved everybody at both. Any input in the decision making process would help.
Important factors: strength of litigation practice, prestige, ability to get substantive work early on, exit opportunities if don't get on partner track
Thanks all.

Re: STB v. Paul Weiss (NYC Lit)
Paul weiss by a decent margin for lit. Most of their work is organic whereas STB's litigation process involves a lot of spillover from m&a transactions. For everything you're considerinf, i.e. Prestige, strength of practice, substantive work - I'd go paul weiss for lit. I would say the opposite for corporate.
