How do you know if you have been put on hold?
I received an email after a CB saying something along the lines of: "we want to reiterate our strong interest in your candidacy. We expect to be in a position to make a final decision on your offer in the next two weeks."
Does this mean I am on hold, dinged, or what?

Re: On hold?
IMO it means they would like you to hold off on accepting another offer until they get back to you. Sounds sort of promising.

Also in a similar situation. I know of someone that got an offer already, but the recruiter has stayed in touch asking about other impending deadlines. Hoping people don't accept because I really like the firm.Anonymous User wrote:I got something similar, with our attorneys really enjoyed meeting you, and we look forward to speaking with you soon... but got dinged.... What are the odds after this happens?

Re: On hold?
Idk, but I got offers at two V10 firms off of what seemed to be hold (2 and 3 weeks respectively). Worth waiting to hear if you're not getting close to any offer deadlines.Anonymous User wrote:What are the odds after this happens?
