Making Firm Decision
If I want to do transactional work in NY is there be any reason for turning down Cravath, Skadden, Simpson, DPW, or SulCrom for a v15-v35 firm, even if I prefer the latter slightly more? Thanks.

Depends. What are your goals and which firm is it?Anonymous User wrote:If I want to do transactional work in NY is there be any reason for turning down Cravath, Skadden, Simpson, DPW, or SulCrom for a v15-v35 firm, even if I prefer the latter slightly more? Thanks.
I can't justify going with anything besides Cravath for what I personally want, so that's where I'm likely going. Doesn't mean everyone should.
