I know of two people who received offers on separate Thursday nights, so I imagine they probably meet sometime Thursday afternoon to evening.

I am interviewing next Thursday morning. I wonder if I will have to wait the entire week or hear back the same evening.

No. I interviewed on a Friday and other people heard Monday/Tuesday, I didn't hear until today.

Interviewed on a Thursday, heard back on the following Monday. So not all offers are made on Thursdays
