OCI was more than 2 weeks ago... is this normal?

This is not normal. Proceed as if they're rejections.

As said above. Assume the worst. That being said, I've gone over a week then received the CB. Some firms just take longer - Locke Lord told us it would take 2 weeks, which is what they did last year between OCI and bc invite.

I only got a small handful of screeners in the first place, and am waiting on all but one now (still have to do it). Pretty much accepting my fate but would still like some closure I guess.

There are 2 options for all of the 11:
1.) They are all rejections.
2.) They are unsure of how many people they want, what their yield will be, and if they like you.
Either way, waiting is foolish.

Kind of in the same boat. I have been continuing my mass mailings that I started before OCI season.
When is a good time to try to follow up with firms? I have heard that two weeks is about right to follow up after OCI if you haven't gotten a response yet.
