Attention Issues and Big Law

Post by Anonymous User » Mon Aug 18, 2014 7:18 pm

I was wondering how juniors deal with this. As a summer I had a lot of difficulty focusing. I got all of my assignments done on time, good reviews, and don't think anyone knows how much of a goofball I am. I would spend three days being lackadaisical, and become a machine right before the deadline. I know the summer workload is a joke relative to the junior associate workload so I want to work on being more efficient.

That panicked feeling when you're out of time to procrastinate? That drives you through a lot of shit? You just feel that more often.

Now the alarming rate of alcoholism seems to make more sense.
