Please post *successful* questions that you asked at CB's, or questions you wish you would have asked.
Also, feel free to put firm's initials next to the question you asked if it would be helpful (and would not out yourself)
I figured a thread such as this could be helpful to those in the future

Re: List of Q's to ask during CB's
What kind of question are you after? I've done a number of callbacks this cycle and 80% of the questions I asked had nothing to do with the law or the firm. I was having conversations with people about things that interested them and I have a 100% callback to offer rate.
Unlike screeners, I don't think a guided list of questions is necessarily helpful in the callback.

Re: List of Q's to ask during CB's
I was actually concerned when I left my CB that I didn't ask enough questions that were firm focused -- mostly asking why they joined the firm or why they remained at the firm. Other than that, it was mostly pleasant and conversational. I was thinking they might think I had didn't have that much interest in the firm after, but who knows. I guess we shall find out if what I did was OK
