From the 2013 Nalp recruiting survey (http://www.nalp.org/uploads/Perspective ... ec2013.pdf):
- 16% of offices reported 3L "activity"
- Offices recruiting 3Ls typically made 1 or 2 offers
- 431 callbacks resulted in 166 offers
- ~125 offers were accepted
