Skadden (Palo Alto) v. Simpson (Palo Alto) v. Davis Polk
Which one would you choose if you had offers at all 3 and why? All bay area offices.

They're all pretty similar - based solely in work, I'd give the slight edge to Skadden b/c they have a bigger IP practice out there - though for SV I'd try for Wilson, Fenwick, Gunderson, Cooley etc. (i.e., big SV firms, not big NY firms with satellite SV offices) if you can. Your exit ops into bay area will be much better imo.
