Does it mean anything when a screener writes things on your resume? Also, is it bad if you seem to be having a great conversation and then they look at your transcript?
Perhaps a young associate could speak to this out there...

It was hard to tell, seemed like they wrote and/or looked at transcripts while the other was talking.
