How to distinguish yourself during OCI

How do you make yourself stand out during OCI when you don't have law review/journal or any other extras like moot or trial ad? I didn't join any clubs as well.

That will make you standout but not in a good way. Have you done anything else before law school that is extraordinary? Are your law school grades amazing?
