NYU llm admissions

Post by Anonymous User » Sat Aug 02, 2014 7:39 pm

Graduated just under top 1/3 from Fordham. OK undergrad, 1 year of vaguely tax-related work experience during law school. Got no offered from the firm I was working for (mid-sized, business got ridiculously slow during my 3L year). No debt at all. I am currently jobless.

What are my chances of getting into the NYU Tax llm program? Its the only llm program I would consider. I would need to take out about half of the tuition in loans, but I could live w/ parents so nothing for living expenses.

Also, do you think it would be advisable to go?
