I don't think you're likely to get Proskauer that low, but I don't think your GPA is such that Proskauer would give you an offer anyway. Move it down because you'll be waitlisted anyway and move up:

K&L Gates (NYC) 21 11
Curtis Mallet-Provost(NYC) 21 7
Seward & Kissel(NYC) 21 14(firmwide)
Bracewell Giuliani (NYC) 21 8
Lowenstein Sandler (NYC) 21(shared with NJ) 16(firmwide)
McDermott Will Emory(NYC) 20 29(firmwide)

Do you have international work experience/foreign language ability? Magic Circle is willing to dip lower in GPA, but because they're looking at other factors like that.

OP here, unfortunately I don't have either, although I have a ton of travel experience. Am I screwed for Linklaters and Freshfields without a foreign language?

Same anon as before. I don't know about screwed, but I think they would be more GPA selective without those factors. Freshfields and Linklaters don't have lower GPA ranges because they can't get people with higher GPAs. They're just selective in other ways. Unless for some reason you really, really want either firm, I would move up the other firms that I suggested into their place if you want to maximize your chances of a positive outcome since you're on the bubble.

OP here, appreciate the help. I think I am going to leave freshfields because they have so few spots and can afford to drop linklaters down a little. Do you know anything about how selective Fried Frank is? I just spoke with my CSO and he was adamant about me getting Fried Frank on there relatively high, he said it should be all the way up by the Morgan Lewis range. The offer report that we got from school made Fried look pretty damn competitive though
