OCI is the generic name. A lot of schools have different names for OCI (EIP, FIP, OGI, etc.).

Ok well I guess I am pretty much fucked as a 3L. My Career Services posted literally 2 firm jobs that interview in person. I guess since I am a 3L I can't even look at the full list.

They do this because the firms want to see 2Ls. The few firms that do want 3Ls are interested in people with prior firm experience anyway.
