Projected earnings higher or lower next year? Job security?

How are you paying off/dealing with debt? PAYE?

Hours? Do you take your work home with you?

Can you work from home?

Unfortunately Sotomayor is not yet a client.

Projected gross this year [lol at projecting next year] is 70-100. GROSS DOES NOT EQUAL NET.

Job security is infinite. I can literally never lose my job.

Debt, lol, just lol. On the plus side I can show a really low AGI so my loan payments are tiny.

Hours very widely. Now that I'm established slightly better than biglaw. First few months were much worse.

Can work from home but mostly work from my office in shittower. However, can also work from exotic beaches if the mood strikes.
What is your billing rate?
200/hr. But lots of contingency/hybrid

Use your imagination.

Fortunately getting canned is something I don't have to worry about anymore. Lol at being a jr associate quivering in fear of the knife.

Realizing but not accounting for gross not being net, this is a pretty legit life if you can abuse PAYE and lobby with your cents saved to remove the tax bomb

I don't know if its abuse considering one of the stated purposes of the program is to allow the indebted the breathing room to open new businesses.

My plan for the tax bomb is to buy real estate then TAP DAT EQUITY. Real estate also helps lower AGI.

What's been your most effective form of marketing? Are you taking any thing that walks through the door or specializing in specific types of shit?

Most effective form of marketing is dose personal relationships.

I define my practice by exclusion (I.e. shit I *don't* do) although I focus my bz development efforts on a few areas.

Firm had mahor reduction. First in first out. Of course its common, do you live under a rock? This is one reason why I said no to further interviews. Done with this game.

Do you know people? Do you network? Are you good at it? Or is this something any lawyer with a degree that has lay prestige can pull off? (given competence or whatever)

Communicate now with those who not only know what a legal education is, but can offer you worthy advice and commentary as you complete the three most educational, yet challenging years of your law related post graduate life.

I mean, networking is such a sterile term. Sure, I belong to a trade association and community groups and shit and I take customers, vendors, and support people out to dinner and drinks and such. I'm good at it in the sense that unlike most lawyers I'm not an idiot when it comes to business. Its a pretty low bar.

School is T-14. Grades are . . . wait a minute, did you really think your fucking grades mattered in shitlaw? Really? (Interestingly enough the T-14 does impress some clients.)

My debt has no end. It is as grains of sand in the desert or the stars in the sky, beautiful in its terrifying vastness.

Girth is 6in give or take a meter.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
