Anyone know if this program is happening for 2015? Looks like they took applications in August of 2013 for their 2014 program, but they have not updated their website since. Discussion regarding past years also welcome.
I've heard that they may operate based on available funding, so I am somewhat concerned.

I am externing at a regional office this fall. As of early July he had not heard anything. My guess is because the application cycle starts in August we won't know until closer to that date.
