Why would it just be U of C SAs? It doesn't seem to make sense.

It's positively ridiculous that this is making the rounds. This makes no sense. It also shouldn't affect anyone's bidding practices at U of C, considering it makes up a decent chunk of the available SA slots in the city.

Wait for ATL to scoop this -- that will make it real (albeit still illogical and hard to believe). Otherwise, ignore.
