Conventional wisdom is to treat your bids as though you were at your old rank and at your old school. The benefit of your new school is that you have more firms showing up and can snag more interviews.
Aggressively mass mail firms/offices to which you have ties, meaning PA and FL offices. I don't understand why you have a Miami office ranked #1, and then only have two other Florida firms in your bidlist, all at the bottom.
Of the lottery slots you're likely to get, I'm not sure you'll be competitive at Weil NY, and I'm not sure if Magic Circle firms are a great fit. Do you speak Spanish or any other languages?
