trying to figure out oci bidding
please learn me how oci bidding works. at a t20 where there is no lottery, what is the difference between ranking a bid #1 or #10? Do the firms select any and everyone theyd want to interview and then have X amount of spots open and out of those who were selected and gave the highest (1 being highest) bid number/rank would get interviews until the spots are filled?
