Make sure that you comply with all the ethical rules of attorney advertising. I know New York law is complicated on this. I'm not sure about Virginia.

I know there are rules about blog posts, but I don't remember how they apply.

I think the design is ok. But is the grey the best color to use? I'm not sure.
