Dumb contract/conflict of law Q, but please help

Post by Anonymous User » Wed May 28, 2014 7:32 pm

Okay, anon for 2 reasons: this is for my employer so I really can't link it back to them, and I feel like an idiot for asking this. I've taken contracts, int'l business, etc. so I have no reason for not knowing.

Here's my hypo/question: mod edit: content deleted because once the thread is locked the OP can't delete, and I'm presuming they don't want that info out there

No one should answer your question and you should delete it.

You want us to do substantive legal research that you're planning to have a client rely on. WTF dude.

Sorry, OP, no one here can help you - no one here is allowed to give legal advice (which you shouldn't take from strangers on the internet anyway). Ask someone at your work, or maybe talk to one of the Westlaw on call people.
