Aspiring Patent Litigator: Should I take the patent bar?
0L here planning on going into patent litigation. I know the patent bar is not required for patent lit, but does it provide enough of an advantage to warrant taking it? If so, any recommendations on prep materials? If I sit for the patent bar, I would like to do it before classes start in the fall.
