I just got back my first grade for my final semester B-, worse grade ever. I am unfortunately unemployed (technically my offer was rescinded after being told I had a job), my GPA may be bad now. I got 4 more grades to go so maybe ok.
Will one semester destroy postgraduate hiring.

It won't help but you have to be conscious that many more small firms start hiring postgraduation.
