Why aren't you afraid employers will read your posts?
Especially for some of the jobs you all talk about. "I interviewed with X, Y and Z" LLP last week and haven't heard back yet! WHO ELSE HEARD?!?
I think I'd ding someone for posting about the job on tls. So why risk it?

Most employers don't know how to connect a projector to their computer, let alone alone search TLS for posts about them. My employer won't care either way. We say way more politically incorrect things at the office than I ever say on TLS.Desert Fox wrote:Especially for some of the jobs you all talk about. There just doesn't seem to be a high enough risk to outweigh the level of anxiety easing people get from talking about their problems to other people. But it will happen eventually. Let ATL cover a story or two about someone getting dinged inexplicably after accepting an offer and posting about it on TLS, and then watch everybody freak out.

legitimately interested. it's not like it makes them a bad candidate or they're being obnoxious, right? I mean, out of all the things you can ding someone for, this seems like the bottom of the list. Or am i missing something?

I would need potential employers before worrying about them reading my TLS posts. Since I'm in law school, that is unlikely to happen.

Strike 2) You used a Wall Street avatar
Strike 3) You tried to cite using bluebook in a TLS post unironically. And you fucked it up.
I declare you a no personalty hack.
