What do biglaw laterals make when they lateral to midlaw firms on average? (large secondary market) (say, 3rd year associate?)

Re: MidLaw Pay
There's absolutely no way to answer this. It varies widely by market, firm, etc. "large secondary market" could mean a lot.
It's probably more important that you have 3 years of practice under your belt and you're in this market. It's less important that you're coming from biglaw.

If EVERYONE cares that you're from biglaw, can't you just ask EVERYONE what they pay? Or does EVERYONE keep that secret from the biglaw people they're recruiting?sometimesIwonder wrote: uhhhh EVERYONE cares that im from biglaw.

I didn't know you were up my asshole on every thread I post. I think your idiotic post here reaffirms my assertion that you're a loser and no longer invited to post on my threads.

Just for the record, wanted to clarify that this is isn't exactly how it works. You can't disinvite specific posters from reading/posting in threads you start.sometimesIwonder wrote:dead head wrote:If EVERYONE cares that you're from biglaw, can't you just ask EVERYONE what they pay?
