I don't think I got the Job
So this placed that I interviewed with said that I should expect to hear from him at the beginning of March. It is the beginning of March and I haven't heard shit
He didn't even respond to my thank you email the day after the interview. I thought the interview went pretty well. However, I would like to work at this place because it is in New York, amongst other reasons. What should I do? Should I wait until the end of the week and if I do not hear anything, email him on Monday? I'm freaking out because I need a summer job and I have two more interviews coming up in the next two weeks.

Re: I don't think I got the Job
From my non-legal experience in job hunting, it is very common for these estimates that employers give to be off, and sometimes off significantly (one time I received an offer from a company nearly 2 months after they said they would let me know). I think it's always different from the perspective of an employer than from a job seeker where every day we are anticipating/waiting, while it's quite possible the employer isn't even thinking about the general deadline they proposed. I would definitely follow up and reaffirm your interest like the previous post said, but probably on Monday since it is still "beginning of March." Best of luck--hope you lock it down.

Send another email, and explain if you have any other offer deadline or a deadline for summer funding, etc. I really appreciate it when intern candidate give me that info.
