That isn't posted on their job site. I found something online that states they hire for this job on some occasions and it just says to look out for it when it is posted.

Absolutely you should email them as it presents no real costs and could open the door for employment + show your strong interest.

I did this with two companies, then when the job was posted applied, and followed up with the HR after applying. I have a CB interview with one next week; the other one recommended me to the head of the department and I should be hearing shortly.
