2nd-half summer employment?
I was fortunate and lucky enough to secure a 1L SA gig, but it ends in late June / early July, leaving a solid month and a half of nothing to do. Do you guys have any ideas or suggestions for possible employment / research / PI opportunities that would be open for that 2nd half of the summer? Not that I want to be busy 24/7 and wouldn't mind some down time, but 7 weeks seems like a lot of time to do nothing with...

Being a research assistant for a prof seems the tcr based on what you want. Easy job, flexible hours, not full-time, etc.
